Ways to Order

Online

Select your purchases and then checkout as normal. You will be contacted within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to confirm your order and arrange delivery

 

NOTE:

You may cancel your order at this time for any reason and a full refund will be provided (see below for more details on cancellations)

By Phone

Identify the pieces you are interested in and then call the shop on 01202 479695. We will discuss your requirements, perform a final stock check and take your order

Delivery

Time to deliver

Delivery times will vary depending on the availability of stock. Most items are delivered direct from Neptune using their own delivery fleet

Cost of delivery

For orders over £1500 deliveries are FREE. Orders under £1500 are £150 for England & Wales and £300 for Scotland. These are two man deliveries direct from Neptune

 

Neptune holds many items in stock therefore delivery can take as little a 5-10 days. You will be advised of the stock status and expected delivery date when we confirm your order

NOTE:

If you're have opted to have one or more of your purchases painted this will add 1-2 weeks to the delivery date of your order. You will be notified of the expected delivery date at the time of order and the exact delivery day about 1 week before it is due

Cancellations & Refunds

Items with standard paint finish

You may cancel your order anytime before we place the order with Neptune or up to 5 working days prior to agreed delivery date and receive a full refund

Items with paint finish of your choice

You may cancel your order anytime before we place the order with Neptune and receive a full refund

 

NOTES:

  1. We never place an order with Neptune unless we have spoken to you and confirmed your order therefore ensuring you the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund
  2. Items painted to your specification are personalised goods as defined under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000)
  3. Neptune products are special orders and cannot be returned once delivered to you. You may cancel and obtain a refund before the item is delivered, see above

Warranty

Neptune products come with a 1 Year Guarantee against faults due to manufacture, and such claims can be made through Thomas & Lucia or direct with Neptune
