Orders placed by 3:00pm Friday 22nd December will be shipped but will NOT arrive in time for Christmas.
Orders placed after 3:00pm Friday 22nd December will be shipped after New Year on Tuesday 2nd January 2018. Therefore the Next Working Day service is suspended from December 21st until Tuesday 2nd January.
Same day despatch for orders placed before 3:00pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday if following a Bank Holiday.
Any order with at least a 1 Litre can of Chalk Paint™, 2.5L can of Annie Sloan Wall Paint or Annie Sloan Wax are delivered Next Working Day as standard and you can order as much as you like for one flat charge.
Other items are mostly sent via RoyalMail 48. More expensive items may be sent via RoyalMail 48 Recorded and will require a signature on delivery. Larger or heavier items maybe dispatched by Parcelforce 48. Either way you may opt at checkout to upgrade the delivery service to Parcelforce 24.

We accept returns for refund or exchange up to 14 days from the date you receive your goods. If your goods have been dispatched you are responsible for the return postage and associated insurance.

No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
